Ownership

I, Carroll-Barker-Jr: Byrne, am the owner of Raven Info, i.e. raveninfo.com. I am the owner of all of the contents herein with the exception of a few pictures. If the owners do not approve of the pictures being on this website, I will remove them upon the claimant providing me proof of which picture/s are in question, the ownership of said pictures and a written request to remove them.

Notice

I hereby place all legal entities and agents on notice that a publicly filed and recorded Offer to Contract exists under Instrument #166845, recorded with Sheila Stone, Clerk of Clay County, West Virginia, USA.

You are advised to perform due diligence before initiating any legal or administrative contact or attempting to interact with me in any legal capacity.

Be further advised that a significant fee schedule is attached to and incorporated within said Offer to Contract. Any use of my property—including, but not limited to, the names by which I am known—or any form of interaction with me, constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in Instrument #166845.

Acceptance is irrevocable upon the triggering of any article or term within the instrument. All rights are reserved, without prejudice, under UCC 1-308 and non-assumpsit.

This notice applies to, but is not limited to, all persons, corporations, businesses, public servants, trustees, police officers, public office holders, officials, and any other entity—unless previously and expressly exempted by me in writing as part of a private agreement.

This includes, without limitation, any and all entities operating under or affiliated with the following designations:

  • UNITED STATES, U.S., USA, U.S.A., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
  • THE WHITE HOUSE OFFICE
  • STATE OF *, COUNTY OF *, CITY OF *, TOWN OF *, COMMONWEALTH, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (D.C.)
  • INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE (IRS), FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (FBI)
  • WV and all political subdivisions therein
  • And any and all divisions, departments, agencies, or instrumentalities of the preceding list

Any interaction with me or use of my property—including my name(s)—constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in Instrument #166845, a publicly recorded and published Offer to Contract.

  9. Any controversy or claim arising from the use of this website shall be resolved through arbitration, with the terms of this agreement and Instrument #166845 serving as the governing rule of law.
  10. Arbitration shall take place in Fayette County, West Virginia. Any claim or filing must be recorded in that venue.
  11. These terms and conditions may be updated or amended at any time without notice.
