Ownership

I, Carroll-Barker-Jr: Byrne, am the owner of Raven Info, i.e. raveninfo.com. I am the owner of all of the contents herein with the exception of a few pictures. If the owners do not approve of the pictures being on this website, I will remove them upon the claimant providing me proof of which picture/s are in question, the ownership of said pictures and a written request to remove them.

I hereby put all legal entities on notice that there is a publicly filed and recorded offer to contract in place, Instrument #166845, filed and recorded at Clay County, Sheila Stone, Clerk, Clay County West Virginia, USA. Do your due diligence before contacting me or trying to interact with me on any level legally and in some cases lawfully. Be advised that there is a significant fee schedule attached to and made a part of the said offer to contract. By use of any of my property (including the name/s I go by) or interaction in any shape or form with me, you thereby accept the terms and conditions of the aforementioned offer to contract. The terms and conditions are irrevocable once accepted by the triggering of any of the terms of the articles within.

This notice applies to but not limited to all persons, all corporations, all businesses, all public servants and trustees, all police officers, all public office holders, officials and any other entity, unless previously and expressly exempted by me as an offer to contract. Any and all entities of the US, U.S., U.S.A., USA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THE WHITE HOUSE OFFICE, WV, STATE OF *, COUNTY OF *, CITY OF *, TOWN OF * PROVIDENCE OF *, MAYOR OF *, COMMONWEALTH, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, D.C., INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, I.R.S., FBI, any and all divisions and agencies of the preceding list.   9. It is agreed in regard to Carroll Barker Byrne Jr: Carroll-Barker-Jr: Byrne: Bub-Byrne reserves all rights, whether unalienable or civil, UCC 1-308, without prejudice, without recourse and non-assumpsit.
  10. It is agreed that if a controversy arises due to your access and /or use of the contents within this website, it is agreed that the dispute will be adjudicated by arbitration with the contents of these terms and conditions as well as the articles and fee schedule within instrument #166845 as being the directive and rule of law.
  11. It agreed that arbitration will take place in Fayette County, West Virginia in the event of a claim of damage of any other claim is filed and recorded.
  12. It is agreed that the claim, if any, will be filed in Fayette County, West Virginia.
  13. It is agreed that these terms and condition may be added to or may change at any time.
